Diploma thesis deals with a proposal of a marketing strategy of a company Alza.cz a.s. while undertaking a foreign expansion to a Polish market. The proposal is a reaction on a dominant position of the company on the Czech market and it tries to find a suitable way for organization's further development. The thesis includes an evaluation of both internal and external organization's environment, which is supported by suitably used analysis. The final proposal is based mainly on the presented analysis, it suggests steps which needs to be undertaken in order to successfully penetrate into the market and it also encompasses a simplified financial plan for a first year of company's presence on the market.
